I’ve been getting non-stop calls about a supposedly overdue Municipal Services Bureau bill. It’s gotten so bad that I dread answering my phone. I want to resolve this, but the constant pressure and aggressive tone feel completely unfair. Has anyone here been through this and found a way to stop the harassment and communicate with them on reasonable terms?
After another stressful call this morning, I looked up some advice and bookmarked this resource on stopping collection harassment. But I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually dealt with this themselves. What steps did you take that finally made the calls and letters stop?
