It is convenient to keep either digital or analogue speedometer but doing modification for keeping both is complex and expensive too. You may also need to change the entire meter console to provide the space for extra speedometer. We would not advise you for such modification.
You can install the gear shifting indicator but it is also complex and bit expensive task, you may also need to do some modifications in the meter console which may distort its look.
